We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and provide excellent support to our internal users.
This is a direct-hire position and at this time is unable to provide sponsorship or transfer of work visas. This position requires 5 days/week on-site presence in Walker, MI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT required .
- 3+ years of experience with Windows-based servers, operating systems, software, and hardware.
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and printers.
- CompTIA A+, M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- ITIL, A+, Help Desk Analyst, or Field Service Technician Certification is a plus.
- CCNA or Network+ Certification is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Manage incidents and resolve issues.
- Support hardware and software.
- Handle user account management and access control.
- Oversee asset management.
- Lead projects for telecommunication, AV, handheld terminal, and printer deployments.
- Implement and maintain AV solutions.
